How to create an invoice in 5 steps
Create, customize and download a professional PDF invoice in under a minute.
Fill in your name or company, email and address in the "From" section. This appears at the top of your invoice as the sender.
Enter your client's name, email and billing address in the "Bill To" section. This is the person or company who pays the invoice.
Describe each product or service, set the quantity and unit rate. The amount is calculated automatically. Click "+ Add Item" for more lines.
Choose the applicable tax rate (VAT, GST, sales tax), add a discount if needed, and pick the payment terms. Totals update live.
